Try deleting that first then open the file again on your main display. Every time it crashes a new file appears with the name Storyboard_ Let's say the name of my file is Storyboard_SBP20. It should be a normal monitor and not a drawing display. My huion drivers are up to date but SBP20 still crashes when I open a file.ġ) I only have my main display open at first and this is where I open the SBP20 file. ![]() Apparently huion is not in the recommended drawing tablet support in Toon Boom's website. I'm guessing my drawing display (Huion) could be the problem. However, I did found a solution that I want to share. So I use two monitors: Asus VG27AQL1A (Main Display) and the Huion Kamvas 24 Pro (Drawing Display). I don't think my hardware is the reason why the program keeps on crashing since it's above the recommended specs from their website. I 'm still using the trial version tho so I'm not sure if that affects why I keep on crashing when opening a file. Hello! I made an account just for this cause I'm very frustrated with SBP20. ![]()
